The Ancient Promise Is Coming True
Listen: When the Lord decides the time is right for these words to reach the non-Jewish nations, you’ll know something crucial—the promise God made to bring Israel’s descendants back to their homeland has already begun. You’ll see that every prophecy spoken by God’s messengers will come true. Don’t say the Lord is taking his time getting to Israel’s people. Don’t imagine these ancient promises are meaningless. The Lord remembers his covenant with Israel.
Don’t Mock What God Is Doing
When you see these prophecies unfolding, stop mocking what the Lord is doing. His justice is real and ready to strike. If you keep mocking him when that day comes, judgment will catch up with you fast. Disaster is coming for anyone who mocks the Lord’s work. Disaster for anyone who denies Christ and what he’s done. Disaster for anyone who denies God still speaks to his people—who says the Lord no longer reveals truth, no longer sends prophets, no longer works through spiritual gifts, languages, healings, or the power of the Holy Spirit. Disaster for anyone who claims Jesus can’t do miracles anymore—especially those who say this to make money. Anyone who does this is heading toward the same fate as the son of destruction, for whom Christ had no mercy.
God Remembers Israel
Stop hating the Jewish people. Stop mocking them or any survivors of Israel’s family line. The Lord hasn’t forgotten his promises to them. He’ll do exactly what he swore he would do. Don’t think you can twist God’s arm or stop him from carrying out the judgment and fulfillment he promised to Israel.
