and ye may know that the words of the Lord, which have been spoken by the holy prophets, shall all be fulfilled; and ye need not say that the Lord delays his coming unto the children of Israel;

Simple English

You will know that the words the Lord spoke through the holy prophets will all come true. You don’t need to say that the Lord is taking too long to come to Israel.

Paraphrase

You’ll see that every prophecy spoken by God’s messengers will come true. Don’t say the Lord is taking his time getting to Israel’s people.
