And he shall be called Jesus Christ, the Son of God, the Father of Heaven and Earth, the creator of all things, from the beginning; and his mother shall be called Mary.

Simple English

He will be called Jesus Christ, the Son of God. He is the Father of Heaven and Earth. He created everything from the beginning. His mother will be called Mary.

Paraphrase

“His name will be Jesus Christ, the Son of God, the Father of heaven and earth, creator of everything from the beginning. His mother’s name will be Mary.”
