Changes

And lo, he cometh unto his own, that salvation might come unto the children of men, even through faith on his name; and even after all this, they shall consider him a man, and say that he hath a Ddevil, and shall scourge him, and shall crucify him.

Simple English

He will come to his own people so they can be saved by believing in him. But after all this, they will think he is just a man. They will say he has an evil spirit. They will beat him and kill him on a cross.

Paraphrase

“He’s coming to his own people so they can be saved through faith in his name. But even after everything he does, they’ll see him as just a man. They’ll say he’s possessed by a demon. They’ll beat him and nail him to a cross.”
