Mosiah 29:8

Now I say unto you, let us be wise and consider these things, for we have no right to destroy my son, neither should we have any right to destroy another, if he should be appointed in his stead.

Let us be wise and think about these things. We have no right to destroy my son. We have no right to destroy another person if he is picked instead.

So let's be smart here. We have no right to force my son to be king. And we have no right to kill anyone else who gets appointed either.
