Mosiah 27:10

And now it came to pass that while he was going about to destroy the church of God: for he did go about secretly with the sons of Mosiah, seeking to destroy the church, and to lead astray the people of the Lord, contrary to the commandments of God, or even the king;

He was going around trying to destroy God’s church. He went secretly with Mosiah’s sons. They tried to destroy the church and lead God’s people the wrong way. This was against God’s rules and even the king’s rules.

While he was working to destroy the church—going around secretly with Mosiah’s sons, trying to ruin the church and lead God’s people astray, against both God’s commands and the king’s—
