Mosiah 27:11

and as I said unto you, as they were going about rebelling against God, behold, the angel of the Lord appeared unto them; and he descended as it were in a cloud; and he spake as it were with a voice of thunder, which caused the earth to shake upon which they stood;

As I said, while they were going around fighting against God, an angel of the Lord appeared to them. He came down like he was in a cloud. He spoke with a voice like thunder. It made the earth shake where they stood.

while they were out rebelling against God, an angel of the Lord appeared to them. He came down in what looked like a cloud. His voice sounded like thunder, and it shook the ground beneath their feet.
