Mormon 8:39

Why do ye adorn yourselves with that which hath no life, and yet suffer the hungry, and the needy, and the naked, and the sick, and the afflicted to pass by you, and notice them not?

Why do you decorate yourselves with things that have no life? Why do you let hungry and needy and naked and sick and suffering people walk by without helping them?

Why do you decorate yourselves with lifeless things while you let hungry, needy, naked, sick, and suffering people walk right past you without even noticing them?
