Jacob 7:5

And he had hope to shake me from the faith, notwithstanding the many revelations, and the many things which I had seen concerning these things: for I truly had seen Angels, and they had ministered unto me. And also, I had heard the voice of the Lord speaking unto me in very word, from time to time; wherefore, I could not be shaken.

He hoped to shake my faith. But I had seen many special things from God. I had seen angels. They had helped me. I had also heard the Lord’s voice speak to me many times. So I could not be shaken.

He hoped to shake my faith. But I’d seen too much to be moved—angels had come to me and served me. I’d heard the Lord’s voice speaking directly to me, time and again. Nothing could shake me.
