therefore as many as have come to this, ye know of yourselve, are firm and steadfast in the faith, and in the thing wherewith they have been made free.—

You know that those who reach this point are strong and steady. They are strong in their faith. They are strong in the freedom they have received.

Paraphrase

Once they experience this, you know how rock-solid they become in the faith. They hold firm to the freedom they’ve found.
