Helaman 15:7

And behold ye do know of yourselves, for ye have witnessed it, that as many of them as are brought to the knowledge of the truth, and to know of the wicked and abominable traditions of their fathers, and are lead to believe the Holy Scriptures, yea, the prophecies of the holy prophets, which are written, which leadeth them to faith on the Lord, and unto repentance, which faith and repentance bringeth a change of heart unto them;

You know this yourselves. You have seen it. When they learn the truth, things change. They learn about their fathers’ evil traditions. They believe the Holy Scriptures. They believe the prophecies the holy prophets wrote. This leads them to believe in the Lord. It leads them to change. This faith and change makes their hearts different.

You’ve seen it yourselves. When they learn the truth and discover how twisted their ancestors’ traditions were, when they come to believe the Scriptures—the prophecies written by holy prophets—it leads them to faith in the Lord and real repentance. That faith and repentance transforms their hearts completely.
