Helaman 10:17

And it came to pass that thus he did go forth in the spirit, from multitude to multitude, declaring the word of God, even until he had declared it unto them all, or sent it forth among all the people.

So he went by the Spirit from one crowd to another crowd. He told them God’s message. He kept going until he had told all the people.

Led by the Spirit, he went from one group to another, preaching God’s word. He made sure everyone heard the message.
