Alma 8:13

Now when the people had said this, and had withstood all his words, and reviled him, and spit upon him, and caused that he should be cast out of their city, he departed thence and took his journey towards the city which was called Aaron.

After the people said this, they kept arguing with him. They made fun of him and spit on him. They threw him out of their city. So he left and traveled toward the city of Aaron.

After they said this, rejecting everything he said, mocking him and spitting on him, they threw him out of the city. He left and headed toward the city of Aaron.
