And again: It is expedient that thou shouldst forbear; for if thou shouldst slay thy son, (he being and innocent man,) his blood would cry from the ground, to the Lord his God, for vengeance to come upon thee; and perhaps thou wouldst lose thy soul.

Simple English
He said, “You should stop. If you kill your son, he is an innocent man. His blood would cry from the ground to the Lord his God. It would cry for God to punish you. You might lose your soul.”
Paraphrase
“And another thing: you need to stop. If you kill your son—an innocent man—his blood will cry out from the ground to the Lord for vengeance against you. You could lose your soul.”
