Three Witnesses Will See
I, Moroni, have written what God commanded me to write, according to what I remember. I’ve told you about the things I’ve sealed up. Don’t touch them—you’re not allowed to translate them. That will only be allowed when God decides the time is right. You may be given permission to show the plates to those who help bring this work forward. Three people will see them by God’s power. They’ll know for certain that these things are true.
These three witnesses will establish the truth. Their testimony, along with this work that reveals God’s power and word—witnessed by the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit—will all stand as evidence against the world on the last day. If people turn back and come to the Father in Jesus' name, they’ll be welcomed into God’s kingdom. If you doubt whether I have the right to say these things, you’ll find out. You’ll know I had authority when you see me and we stand together before God on the last day. Amen.
