It also spake a few words concerning his fathers. And his first parents came out from the Tower, at the time the Lord confounded the language of the people; and the severity of the Lord fell upon them, according to his judgments, which is just; and their bones lay scattered in the land northward.

The stone also said a few things about his fathers. His first parents came from the Tower of Babel when the Lord mixed up the languages of the people. The Lord’s punishment fell on them according to his fair judgments. Their bones were scattered in the land to the north.

It also said a little about his ancestors. His first ancestors came from the Tower when God confused everyone’s language. God’s judgment fell hard on them—justly so. Their bones lay scattered across the northern lands.
