Mosiah 4:30

But this much I can tell you, that if ye do not watch yourselves, and your thoughts, and your words, and your deeds, and observe to keep the commandments of God, and continue in the faith of what ye have heard concerning the coming of our Lord, even unto the end of your lives, ye must perish. And now, O man, remember, and perish not.

“But I can tell you this: If you don’t watch yourself and your thoughts, words, and actions - if you don’t keep God’s rules and stay faithful to what you heard about our Lord coming, even until you die - then you will be lost. So remember this and don’t be lost!”

But I can tell you this: if you don’t watch your thoughts, your words, and your actions—if you don’t keep God’s commands and hold on to faith in our Lord’s coming until the end of your life—you’ll be lost. So remember what I’ve said, and don’t let yourself be lost.“
