and even at this time, when thou shalt have taught thy people the things which the Lord thy God hath commanded thee, even then are they found no more blameless in the sight of God, only according to the words which I have spoken unto thee.

Simple English

Even when you teach your people what the Lord God has told you to teach them, they will still not be without blame before God, except as I have told you.

Paraphrase

'Right now, after you’ve taught your people what the Lord your God commanded you to teach, they’re no longer innocent before God unless they follow the words I’ve given you.'
