Simple English

When that time comes, no one will be without blame before God except little children. People can only be forgiven through being sorry for their sins and believing in the Lord God.

Paraphrase

“When that day arrives, no one will be found innocent before God—except little children—unless they come through repentance and faith in the Lord God Almighty.”
