Mosiah 29:1

Now when Mosiah had done this, he sent out throughout all the land, among all the people, desiring to know their will concerning who should be their king.

After Mosiah did this, he sent a message to all the people. He wanted to know who they wanted to be their next king.

After making this decision, Mosiah sent messengers throughout the land to find out who the people wanted as their next king.
