Mosiah 28:1

Now it came to pass that after the sons of Mosiah had done all these things, they took a small number with them, and returned to their father, the king, and desired of him that he would grant unto them, that they might, with these whom they had selected, go up to the land of Nephi, that they might preach the things which they had heard, and that they might impart the word of God to their brethren, the Lamanites,

After the sons of Mosiah had done all these things, they took a few people with them. They went back to their father, the king. They asked him if they could go to the land of Nephi. They wanted to preach what they had heard. They wanted to share God’s word with their brothers, the Lamanites.

After all that had happened, Mosiah’s sons gathered a small group of companions and came back to their father, the king. They had a request: they wanted permission to go up to the land of Nephi and preach to the Lamanites—to share everything they’d heard and learned about God.
