Mosiah 27:5

yea, and all their priests and teachers should labor with their own hands for their support, in all cases save it were in sickness, or in much want: and doing these things, they did abound in the grace of God.

All their priests and teachers should work with their own hands for their food too. The only time they didn’t have to work was when they were sick or really needed help. By doing these things, they received God’s grace.

Even all the priests and teachers were to work with their own hands for their support, except in cases of sickness or serious need. By doing these things, they thrived in God’s grace.
