Mosiah 27:4

that they should let no pride nor haughtiness disturb their peace; that every man should esteem his neighbor as himself, laboring with their own hands for their support;

They should not let pride ruin their peace. Every person should treat their neighbor like themselves. They should work with their own hands for their food.

They were not to let pride or arrogance disturb their peace. Everyone should respect their neighbor as much as they respect themselves, and everyone should work with their own hands to support themselves.
