Mosiah 27:21

And he caused that a multitude should be gathered together, that they might witness what the Lord had done for his son, and also for those that were with him.

He brought many people together. He wanted them to see what the Lord had done for his son and the others with him.

He gathered a large crowd so they could witness what the Lord had done for his son and for those who were with him.
