Mosiah 2:28

I say unto you, that I have caused that ye should assemble yourselves together, that I might rid my garments of your blood, at this period of time when I am about to go down to my grave, that I might go down in peace, and my immortal spirit may join the choirs above in singing the praises of a just God.

“I tell you that I have called you together so I can clean my clothes of your blood. I am about to die soon. I want to die in peace so my spirit can join the angels in heaven in singing praises to God.”

“I’ve gathered you so I can wash my hands of your blood. I’m about to go to my grave, and I want to go in peace so my spirit can join the heavenly choirs singing praises to a just God.”
