And now behold, who can stand against the works of the Lord? Who can deny his sayings? Who will rise up against the almighty power of the Lord? Who will despise the works of the Lord? Who will despise the children of Christ? Behold, all ye that are despisers of the works of the Lord, for ye shall wonder and perish.

Who can stand against the works of the Lord? Who can say his words are not true? Who will stand up against the great power of the Lord? Who will hate the works of the Lord? Who will hate the children of Christ? All of you who hate the works of the Lord, you will be amazed and then die.

Paraphrase

Who can stand against the works of the Lord? Who can deny what he says? Who will rise up against the almighty power of the Lord? Who will despise the works of the Lord? Who will despise Christ’s children? Listen, all you who despise the Lord’s works—you’ll wonder and then perish.
