And this is not all: it hath been made manifest unto me, for I have heard and seen; and it also hath been made manifest unto me by the power of the Holy Ghost; wherefore, I know if there should be no atonement made, all mankind must be lost.

“That’s not all. God has shown me these things. I have heard and seen them. The Holy Spirit has shown them to me. So I know that if Jesus doesn’t save us, all people will be lost.”

Paraphrase

“And that’s not all. God has shown me these things himself. I’ve heard and seen them. The Holy Spirit has revealed them to me. I know that without the atonement, all of us are lost.”
