Jacob 3:9

Wherefore, a commandment I give unto you, which is the word of God, that ye revile no more against them, because of the darkness of their skins; neither shall ye revile against them because of their filthiness; but ye shall remember your own filthiness, and remember that their filthiness came because of their fathers.

So I give you a commandment from God. Don’t speak badly about them because of their dark skin. Don’t speak badly about their dirty ways. Remember your own dirty ways. Remember that they became dirty because of their fathers.

So here’s God’s command: Stop mocking them for the darkness of their skin. Stop despising them for their corruption. Remember your own corruption. And remember that theirs came because of what their fathers did.
