And now I would that ye should know, that even since the days of Abraham, there hath been many prophets that hath testified these things; yea, behold, the prophet Zenas did testify boldly; for the which he was slain.

Simple English

“I want you to know that many prophets have taught these things since Abraham’s time. The prophet Zenas spoke boldly about this. That’s why he was killed.”

Paraphrase

“Since Abraham’s time, many prophets have testified of this. The prophet Zenas spoke boldly about it—and they killed him for it.”
