Helaman 8:18

Yea, and behold I say unto you, That Abraham not only knew of these things, but there were many before the days of Abraham which were called by the order of God; yea, even after the order of his Son; and this that it should be shewn unto the people a great many thousand years before his coming, that even redemption should come unto them.

“I tell you, Abraham knew these things. But there were many people before Abraham who were called by God. They followed God’s Son. This was done so people could know about Jesus many thousands of years before he came. People could know they would be saved.”

“Abraham knew these things, but there were many before him who were called by God’s order—the order of his Son. This was to show people, thousands of years before it happened, that redemption was coming.”
