And it came to pass in the commencement of the eighty and first year, they did go forth again against this band of robbers, and did destroy many; and they were also visited with much destruction;

At the start of the eighty-first year, they went out again. They fought the robbers and killed many. But the army also lost many soldiers.

At the start of the eighty-first year, they went after the robbers again. They killed many, but suffered heavy losses themselves.
