wherefore, having this perfect knowledge of God, he could not be kept from within the veil; therefore he saw Jesus, and he did minister unto him.

Because he knew God perfectly, he could see things that were hidden. So he saw Jesus. Jesus taught him.

With this perfect knowledge of God, nothing could keep him from seeing beyond the veil. So he saw Jesus, and Jesus ministered to him.
