Ether 15:34

Now the last words which are written by Ether, are these: Whether the Lord will that I be translated, or that I suffer the will of the Lord in the flesh: It mattereth not, if it so be that I am saved in the kingdom of God. Amen.

These are the last words that Ether wrote: “I don’t know if the Lord will take me to heaven or if I will die here. It doesn’t matter, as long as I am saved in God’s kingdom. Amen.”

These are Ether’s last written words: “Whether the Lord wants me taken up to heaven or to die here in the flesh—it doesn’t matter to me, as long as I’m saved in God’s kingdom. Amen.”
