Ether 13:9

And there shall be a new heaven and a new earth; and they shall be like unto the old, save the old have passed away, and all things have become new.

There will be a new heaven and a new earth. They will be like the old ones except the old ones have passed away. All things have become new.

Then there will be a new heaven and a new earth. They’ll be like the old ones, except the old will have passed away and everything will be made new.
