Ether 13:10

And then cometh the New Jerusalem; and blessed are they which dwell therein, for it is they whose garment are white through the blood of the Lamb; and they are they which are numbered among the remnant of the seed of Joseph, which were of the house of Israel.

Then comes the New Jerusalem. God blesses those who live in it. Their clothes are white through the blood of the Lamb. They are counted among Joseph’s children who were left. They were from the house of Israel.

That’s when the New Jerusalem will come. Blessed are those who live there—their clothes have been made white through the blood of the Lamb. They are numbered among the descendants of Joseph, who came from the house of Israel.
