Ether 1:34

And the brother of Jared, being a large and a mighty man, and being a man highly favored of the Lord; for Jared his brother said unto him, Cry unto the Lord, that he will not confound us that we may not understand our words.

Jared’s brother was a big, strong man. The Lord loved him very much. Jared said to his brother: “Pray to the Lord. Ask him not to mix up our language so we can still understand each other.”
