And it came to pass that Moroni and Pahoran went down with their armies into the land of Zarahemla, and went forth against the city, and did meet the men of Pachus, insomuch that they did come to battle.

Moroni and Pahoran went down with their armies into the land of Zarahemla. They went against the city. They met the men of Pachus and came to battle.

Moroni and Pahoran marched their armies down into Zarahemla. They advanced on the city and met Pachus’s men in battle.
