But behold, this is not all: Ye have withheld your provisions from them, insomuch that many have fought and bled out their lives because of their great desires which they had for the welfare of this people; yea, and this they have done, when they were about to perish with hunger, because of your exceeding great neglect towards them.

Simple English

But that’s not all. You have kept food from them. Many have fought and died because they cared so much about this people. They did this when they were about to die from hunger. This is because you have not helped them.

Paraphrase

And that’s not all. You’ve withheld supplies from them. Many have fought and bled out their lives because they cared so deeply about this nation—and they did it while starving to death, because of your outrageous neglect.
