Alma 57:24

And it came to pass that after the Lamanites had fled, I immediately gave orders that my men which had been wounded, should be taken from among the dead, and caused that their wounds should be dressed.

After the Lamanites ran away, I gave orders right away. My men who were hurt were taken from among the dead. I had their wounds bandaged.

After the Lamanites retreated, I immediately ordered my men to pull the wounded from among the dead and treat their injuries.
