But now ye behold that the Lord is with us; and ye behold that he hath delivered you into our hands. And now I would that ye should understand that this is done unto us because of our religion and our faith in Christ. And now ye see that ye cannot destroy this our faith.

Changes

Simple English

But you can see that the Lord is with us. He has put you in our control. This happened because of our religion and our faith in Christ. You can see that you can’t destroy our faith.

Paraphrase

“Now you see the Lord is with us. He’s delivered you into our hands. This happened because of our faith in Christ. You see now that you can’t destroy what we believe.”
