Alma 38:3

I say unto you my son, that I have had great joy in thee already, because of thy faithfulness, and thy diligence, and thy patience, and thy long suffering among the people of the Zoramites.

My son, you have already given me great joy because of your faith. You worked hard and were patient. You kept going even through hard times with the Zoramite people.

You’ve already given me so much joy through your faithfulness, your hard work, and the patient, long-suffering way you treated the Zoramites.
