Alma 37:27

And now my son, I command you that ye retain all their oaths, and their covenants, and their agreements in their secret abominations; yea, and all their signs and their wonders ye shall retain from this people, that they know them not, lest peradventure they should fall into darkness also, and be destroyed.

My son, I tell you to keep all their promises and their plans and their agreements in their secret bad things. Keep all their signs and their strange things from this people. Don’t let them know these things. If they do, they might fall into darkness also and be destroyed.

I’m telling you: keep all their oaths, covenants, and agreements related to their secret evils hidden from our people. Keep all their signs and wonders secret, so our people don’t learn about them and fall into darkness themselves and be destroyed.
