Alma 37:26

And now my son, we see that they did not repent; therefore they have been destroyed, and thus far the word of God hath been fulfilled; yea, their secret abominations have been brought out of darkness, and made known unto us.

My son, we see that they did not turn from their sins. So they have been destroyed. So far the word of God has come true. Their secret bad things have been brought out of darkness and shown to us.

My son, we can see they didn’t repent. So they’ve been destroyed, and God’s word has been fulfilled. Their secret evils have been brought out of darkness and made known to us.
