Alma 36:3

And now, O my son Helaman, behold, thou art in thy youth, and therefore I beseech of thee that thou wilt hear my words, and learn of me; for I do know that whomsoever shall put his trust in God, shall be supported in their trials, and their troubles, and their afflictions, and shall be lifted up at the last day;

My son Helaman, you are still young. So please listen to my words and learn from me. I know that anyone who trusts in God will get help during their hard times and troubles. God will lift them up at the last day.

Now, Helaman, my son, you’re still young, so please listen to me and learn. I know this for certain: whoever puts their trust in God will be supported through their trials and troubles, and will be lifted up in the end.
