And thus mercy can satisfy the demands of justice, and encircles them in the arms of safety, while he that exerciseth no faith unto repentance, is exposed to the whole law of the demands of justice; therefore, only unto him that hath faith unto repentance, is brought about the great and Eternal plan of redemption;

Changes

And thus mercy can satisfy the demands of justice, and encircles them in the arms of safety, while he that exerciseths no faith unto repentance, is exposed to the whole law of the demands of justice; therefore, only unto him that haths faith unto repentance, is brought about the great and Eeternal plan of redemption;.

Simple English

Mercy can meet the needs of fairness. It keeps safe those who have faith and turn back to God. But people who do not have faith and do not turn back to God face fairness. Only those who have faith and turn back to God get God’s great plan of saving.

Paraphrase

Mercy can satisfy the demands of justice and wrap you in safety. But if you don’t have faith that leads to repentance, you’re left exposed to the full weight of justice’s demands. Only through faith and repentance does God’s eternal plan of redemption unfold for you.
