Alma 34:15

and thus he shall bring salvation to all those who shall believe on his name; this being the intent of this last sacrifice, to bring about the bowels of mercy, which overpowereth justice and bringeth about means unto men that they may have faith unto repentance.

He will bring saving to all those who believe in his name. This last sacrifice will bring about mercy. Mercy is stronger than fairness. It gives people a way to have faith and turn back to God.

Through him, salvation will come to all who believe in his name. This final sacrifice will bring about mercy, which overcomes justice and creates a way for people to have faith that leads to repentance.
