Holy, holy God; we believe that thou art God, and we believe that thou art holy, and that thou wast a spirit, and that thou art a spirit, and that thou wilt be a spirit forever.

Simple English

“Holy, holy God. We believe that you are God. We believe that you are holy. We believe that you were a spirit and that you are a spirit and that you will be a spirit forever.

Paraphrase

“Holy, holy God! We believe you are God, and we believe you are holy. You were a spirit, you are a spirit, and you will be a spirit forever.
