Alma 30:44

But Alma saith unto him, Thou hast had signs enough; will ye tempt your God? Will ye say, Shew unto me a sign, when ye have the testimony of all these thy brethren, and also all the holy prophets? The Scriptures are laid before thee, yea, and all things denote there is a God; yea, even the earth, and all things that is upon the face of it, yea, and its motion; yea, and also all the planets which move in their regular form, doth witness that there is a Supreme Creator;

The Sscriptures are laid before thee, yea, and all things denote there is a God; yea, even the earth, and all things that isare upon the face of it, yea, and its motion;, yea, and also all the planets which move in their regular form, doth witness that there is a Supreme Creator;.

Simple English

But Alma said to him: You’ve had enough signs. Will you test your God? Will you say show me a sign when you have the testimony of all these brothers and all the holy prophets? The scriptures are in front of you. Everything shows there is a God. The earth and everything on it. The way it moves. All the planets that move in their regular paths show there is a Supreme Creator.

Paraphrase

But Alma said, “You’ve had enough signs. Will you test your God? Will you demand a sign when you have the testimony of all your brothers and all the holy prophets? The scriptures are right in front of you. Everything points to God—the earth and everything on it, its motion, and all the planets moving in their regular patterns. They all witness that there is a Supreme Creator.”
