Alma 30:35

Then why sayest thou that we preach unto this people to get gain, when thou of thyself knowest that we receive no gain? And now, believest thou that we deceive this people, that causeth such joy in their hearts?

Why do you say we teach these people to get money when you yourself know we don’t get any money? Do you believe we trick these people, which brings such happiness to their hearts?

“So why do you say we preach to get rich when you know we receive nothing? Do you think we’re deceiving these people and causing false joy in their hearts?”
