Alma 27:17

Now the joy of Ammon was so great, even that he was full; yea, he was swallowed up in the joy of his God, even to the exhausting of his strength; and he fell again to the earth.

Ammon’s joy was so great that he was filled up with it. He was swallowed up in the joy of his God. It used up all his strength. He fell down to the ground again.

Ammon’s joy was so overwhelming that it consumed him completely. He was swallowed up in the joy of his God until his strength gave out and he collapsed to the ground.
